- Inspection Before Installation: Shops must inspect the film for defects before installation. Any issues should be reported immediately for after-sales solutions—minor defects (2-3 meters) may be replaced, while major defects may require a full roll replacement. Failure to inspect before use waives after-sales service.
- Handling Matte Films: For matte films without a protective layer, do not drag them out of the box. Open vertically to avoid damage. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper unboxing.
- Colour Verification: When ordering based on a colour card, verify the colour upon receipt to ensure it matches the sample ordered. Slight variations due to batch differences are normal. If the difference is significant, a return may be negotiated. Once installed, returns or exchanges for colour differences are not accepted.
- Returns & Exchanges: Returned or exchanged items must be in resalable condition to avoid unnecessary losses and maintain future cooperation.

Warranty & Liability Policy
Exemption Clauses:
- KOOCHOI and its installers are not liable for any damage to the vehicle or film surface caused by natural disasters, external impact, harsh chemicals (acids/alkalis), or improper maintenance.
- Film removal must be done by a professional. KOOCHOI is not responsible for any damage caused by self-removal.
- Damage caused by human actions may be repaired or partially replaced by the installer at the customer’s expense.
Note: KOOCHOI vinyl films come with a 2-year warranty, subject to the official warranty information provided. Colour differences are not covered under the warranty (slight colour differences due to production batches are unavoidable).
This quote does not include shipping costs and value-added tax (VAT).
Warranty Terms:
- Guarantees strong adhesion with no deformation, delamination, or natural detachment from the vehicle body under non-contact conditions.
- Guarantees that the film’s surface will not exhibit significant fading under sunlight exposure.
- Ensures minimal adhesive residue when removed by a professional from the paint surface. (Peeling or damage to repainted areas is not covered under warranty.)
